A truck carrying 22 pallets (2000 x 10 litre bottles) will arrive about 7.30am. Coles will distribute the bottles between 9am and 3pm.
Anyone is welcome - not just people within the Guyra town limits, Coles store support manager Lachlan Wirth said.
"This is a widespread and wide-reaching disaster, with the drought and the recent fires as well. So the more people that we can support, the better."

Eight pallets will go to BlazeAid at Ebor; the other 14 are for distribution throughout Guyra.
"We would like everybody to come and get one or two bottles of water," CWA member Leonie Hawkins said. "We're on dreadful water restrictions. Everybody is struggling with water, even those who are on town supply."
If people cannot come on Saturday, Mrs Hawkins said, they will be able to pick up water bottles from Elders and Livestock throughout the week.
A free BBQ will be held from 11am to 2pm.
"We understand that people's mental health can deteriorate at times of hardship," Mr Wirth said, "so we want to provide a stress-free environment to connect with other people going through much the same thing."
The Community Hall, laundry facility, and toilets will also be open at the Showgrounds.
Coles, Mr Wirth said, have donated water to community groups throughout the drought and bushfires - including two truckloads to Tenterfield and one to the NSW Rural Fire Service's tent city in Glen Innes.
"We thought that a bulk delivery was a great way to connect with the community and to give back," Mr Wirth said.
The CWA Guyra's drought efforts were ongoing throughout this drought, Mrs Hawkins said. Members are still handing out hampers to drought-stricken farmers and to people affected by the fires. She commended the CWA members.
"We all live on the lands. We're all struggling with it ourselves, but all the girls are stepping up to the mark and helping the community."
