On Sunday a good field contested a two-person ambrose. The winners were Bruce and John Coppock with the runners-up being Chris Newberry and Michael Shiner. Nearest to the pins were Col Walls on the 7th, Joel Youman on the 10th, and Mick Shiner on the 18th. Next Sunday will be a 4BBB stableford for the Dougie Waters Memorial trophy. Ladies' Report
Last week we had a field of 13 ladies play for Shona Mulligan's trophy in warm sunny conditions. Jenni Jackson was the winner with a score of 40 points. Karen Oehlers was the runner up on a countback from Wendy George with 39 points.
Nearest the Pin Winners were Wendy George on the 9th hole, Meg Simpson on the 7th Hole and Jenny Rogers on the 18th Hole.
This week we are having our Annual Tee-Off for Breast Cancer Day. Wendy George is the sponsor and the starter. The ladies are encouraged to wear their pink clothes for the cause.
Next week is a Par Medal Round with Meg Simpson as the starter.
