He and his wife Liz will take part in the Drover's Run Outback Adventure in August, one of the rescue chopper's biggest fundraisers.
This year's Drover's Run is a 15-day expedition across the Simpson Desert into South Australia. Last year, he and a cousin went on a nine-day, 3000 km trek by four-wheel drive to central west Queensland.
"It's more of a challenge going through the desert!" Mr Looker said.
The Lookers will hold a stock sale at the Guyra Saleyards on Wednesday, May 15. All proceeds will go to the Westpac Rescue Helicopter.

The helicopter - sponsored by the NSW Government and Westpac Banking Corporation, and supported by the region's communities - flies nearly 2000 missions a year. It attends accident sites, treats and transfers patients to hospital, and helps to find missing people - all free of charge to users.
Making money for the chopper, and doing something for the community, are what it's all about, Mr Looker said.
"If anyone wants to donate a lamb into our sheep sale, it would be appreciated!" Mr Looker said. Contact Mr Looker on 0429 681 238, or Wayne Jenkyn at Elders Guyra on 0428 293 556. They can pick up the animals if needed.
