First division will see a six-club competition beginning on April 6.
Instead of the original 15-round season, it it has been reduced to 14 rounds, giving each team seven home rounds.
The Glen Innes Magpies will host the Narwan Eels for the opening round while Armidale host the Moree Boars.
Inverell also have a fixture at home in the first round, coming up against first, reserve grade and under 18s premiers Moree Boomerangs.
There are no scheduled byes for the competition and the grand final is set down for August 18.
The second division will also run with nine clubs expected to line up.
Tingha experienced a tough 2018 season, finishing with the wooden spoon in the first division A grade.
They successfully applied to move to second division and face men's premiers Guyra in their first outing.
Bundarra will also be welcomed back to the fold after spending last year in rugby league wilderness.
They take on men's runners-up and league tag semi-finalists Warialda in round one.
The other fixtures will see Ashford host Bingara and the derby between Uralla and Walcha at Woodville Oval.

There will be 17 rounds with the grand final scheduled for September 7.
The draw is yet to be finalised with clubs requested to nominate Sunday fixtures.
