Uralla Shire Councillor Natasha Ledger appeared before Magistrate Michael Holmes in Armidale Local Court on Monday, December 10, where she faced one count of Common Assault. She entered a plea of not guilty to the charge.

Magistrate Holmes adjourned the matter until February 8, 2019, and bail was continued.
Ms Ledger failed in her bid to have a suppression order imposed upon proceedings.
