The under 16’s side were beaten by Armidale City Westside Blue Rebels 2-1 and the under 12’s were defeated by TAS Blue 3-2.
While both sides were pipped at the post, coach of the under 12 Gladiators Eunice Blair said it was a massive achievement to have the sides there on grand final day.
She was proud her side were able to step up and make it to the decider after a slightly rocky start to the season.
"We started off slow because we had two teams put together and the kids basically had to learn how each other played but by the end of the season they all gelled together really well,” she said.
"I am extremely proud of the kids because they have all put 110 per cent into their training, turning up rain, hail or shine.”
“We have had 17 players so it has been really tough on subbing but they have all just taken it on the chin.

"I think all the kids are keen to come back and play for the Guyra Gladiators and hopefully we will get a win in the final next year.”
