The Spuds re-scheduled their meeting for Wednesday night and were successful in filling the executive positions.
Britt Youman has taken on the president's role, Tom Cleaver the vice-president, Ken Fuller the secretary and Emma Barwick will take up the treasurer's position.
For the majority of the committee members, it the first time they have ever taken on the role.
Incoming president Britt Youman said, despite their inexperience in the administrative side of rugby league, they all have one thing in common - their passion.
"It's probably one of the youngest committees Guyra has ever had," she said.
"Everyone that's there really want to get Guyra to and running again and will do whatever it takes."

Planning is already underway for next season.
"At the moment we're looking at having three teams - league tag, under-18s and A-grade, with a couple of people really interested in coaching for both men's teams," Youman said.
"I want to make some more money for the club so we're sitting better financially."
Youman also wants to ensure current players of the junior Super Spuds' club have somewhere to go when they reach senior level.
"In 2022 it will be 100 years of Guyra rugby league and a lot of people want to get to that. We have a lot of younger kids coming up that we need to look at as well," she said.
