They will compliment the 15-year-old's natural leadership, his respect for teammates and everyone he speaks to, before applauding his raw talent and skill on the field.
Those attributes saw Billy appointed as captain for the Group 19 representative team to contest the Northern draw of the under-15 Country Championships in Port Macquarie this weekend.
Billy said he wasn't expecting to be handed the captaincy.
"I wasn't sure who would be captain but Al [coach Alan Austin] picked me so it was really good," he said.
"A real honour sort of thing."
Teams from Central Coast Roosters, Group 1, Group 2, Group 4, Group 18, Maitland and District, Newcastle, Group 3, Group 21 as well as Group 19 will contest the Championships.

Billy said they are expecting "a few hard games."
"We verse Group 21 first, they will be pretty tough, but if we can beat them we stand a pretty good chance of making it further," he said.
"We have got a really fast backline so if our forwards roll through the middle and we can use the ball out the backs I reckon we will go real good."
There's an even spread of clubs from across Group 19 included in the representative side.
Billy said although not all of them knew each other at the start, they have come together well.
"Most of us played Group last year so we knew each other a few new boys in the side but we all got to know each other pretty quick and we have all gelled pretty well," he said.
The under-14 Country Championships are also set to be contested in Port Macquarie and Guyra is well represented with Tom Lockyer, Luke Steward and Josh Bell named in the team and Peter Presnell will coach.
Presnell said his team boasts a handful of players who weren't part of the under-13 team last year.
"They have been training really well," he said.
"We have a few new people this year they have really gelled as a team."
Presnell believes the Group 19 team features a smaller bunch of forwards than other teams contesting the championships but he is planning on using the strengths they have in other aspects of their game.
"We have a really small pack but we are very mobile as well," he said.
"I have got Austin Schneider and Deon Oakes from Inverell who are gong to be my front rowers.
"They are the boys that are going to get us going forward.
"Brooklyn Boney and Kyle Jones on my edges so we are looking pretty good.
"Just playing to our strengths.
"I have two really good centres in Zac O'Grady and Kaleb Hope.
"I just need my backrowers to play their edge and to have my centres pushing up with them and we will cause a little bit of trouble I think.
"I think we will be very competitive. We have been doing a lot work on our defence. Defence is going to win us games, our attack will eventually come."
The under-14s play Group 21 first up.
