The University of New England's discovery voyager bus will visit Glen Innes during the July school holidays, bringing three themed programs to the library on July 10.
The first is available for young students from kindergarten to year six, and is a an opportunity to learn about the physics of sound. It's billed as an interactive show that will involve volunteer and audience participation, and explain the difference between noise and music.
The second, called weighing giants, is set for ages year 7 to 10. It will combine palaeontology, mathematics, physics and biology, using an age-old technique to estimate just how large the animals were.
