The under 6s and junior league tag teams played first up.
The under 6s were beaten 40-28 while the Guyra junior league tag team was defeated 30-12.
The under 8s were victorious in their match against Inverell with a big 54-32 win.
The under 10s went the way of the Hawks 28-16.
Parker Campbell, Tom Brazier and Levi Vanderwolf scored one try each.
The under 12s match saw Guyra get up over Inverell 30-16.
Rave Brazier and Cooper Wilson both bagged two tries each while Whakeem Patterson and Riley Melmeth crossed for one.
In the under 14 game, Guyra were narrowly beaten by the Hawks 22-20.
Oscar Atkin crossed for two tries while Tahmani Landsborough and Cooper Wilson scored one each.
The intermediate league tag match was a low scoring affair, Inverell defeating Guyra 16-10.
Sophie Mitchell and Akashia Brazier were Guyra's tryscorers.
In the senior league tag clash, Guyra were beaten 46-nil.
This Saturday, Guyra will host Bingara in all grades except for under 14s.
The Guyra under 14 side will head to Warialda to face Moree.
In representative news, the under 14 and under 16 girls' league tag trials for Group 19 teams will be held this Sunday, May 19 at Inverell's Kamilaroi Oval.
Anyone interested in playing is asked to arrive at 9.45am for a 10am start.
Players who are successful in selection for representative duties will travel to Bellingen the week after.
The under 12s and 13s boys will also travel to Bellingen to play in a trial match against Group 2.
Guyra will be represented in the under 12s by Rave Brazier, Brendan Landsborough and Whakeem Patterson while Oscar Atkin, Harrison Brazier, Brodi and Riley Campbell and Archie Dowden were named in the under 13s.
