He has addressed more than 350,000 people from the USA, Europe, Asia and Australia. He is a long way away from the lad from the bush, who collected bottles from the footy to pay his way.
So, it is fair question to ask how he retired from his first successful company at 34 and went on to create five more.
"I simply adopted the Australian way of having a go and giving it a good crack," Rowdy said.
"Every time a door opened to play a bigger game, I walked through it. Every time someone wanted to teach me something, I listened. Every time I had the chance to challenge myself, I did it."
"I followed my passions of meeting people and sharing stories, especially stories about what I believe it takes to be a great leader."
He now holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, a graduate of the Disney Institute and a recipient of the global Certified Speaking Professional Designation.
