In their final game of the year, the second grade defeated City, scoring 9/264 at their home ground of Guyra Turf on Saturday.
The team hasn't made it through to the semi-finals, but were stoked to end their season on a high.
After Guyra won the toss, and batted, Shane Wolfenden (brought down from the firsts) made a century (114 runs), and Corey Torrens 64 runs.
Among the bowlers Justin McKay took 5/47, Daniel Stace 2/8, and Kieran Wicks 2/27 as City were knocked over for 95.
Guyra end their season in fifth place, with 46 points.
The third grade also defeated City in a match at Armidale's Newling Oval on Saturday, scoring 5/133.
"That was the game we needed," senior cricket co-ordinator Adrian Cameron said. "Whoever won that game finished third, and the loser finished fourth. We finished third; we're in the semis this weekend."
City won the toss, and batted.
Ryan Walker was the best of the bowlers, taking 4/5. Graham Cameron made 45 runs, and Cody Patterson 25 runs.
The Under 12 team was defeated by Hillgrove in a home game at Guyra Central School on Saturday, making 8/100.
Tom Lockyer took 2/11, and Angus Dullaway 2/17. George Bradford made 26 runs.
The team, in second place on the ladder, goes on to the grand final this weekend.
"That's been a big boost," Cameron said, "because it's the first year we've had juniors for a couple of years. They've been playing really well; a bit of depth starting to come through now."
The thirds (in third place on the ladder) will face second-placed Easts (Anytime) at Harris Park this weekend.
Also this weekend, the Guyra first grade will face the ladder-leading Easts at the Armidale Sportsground.
"It'll be a tough one against East, but all our boys are pretty keen for it," Adrian Cameron said.
The winner of both games of the firsts and thirds will go straight into the grand finals. Both teams need to get a win.
"It'll be a big week if we can get one team through, let alone two!" Cameron said. "To get two teams through would be really good for the town."
