Artists from around the district will take the stage on Saturday, March 9 from 10am.
Retro Rockers, Little Phoenix, Rattle Snake Willy, Buster Wilson, Crooked Tree, JJ and Biggles will entertain attendees throughout the day.
Pete and Vicky Denoven are taking care of the music side, and Tingha Veterans will host the fundraising efforts.
Tingha RSL sub-branch president Bob Clark said the event was really an opportunity to unite the community.
"It doesn't matter how much we raise," he said. "It's more about giving the community a chance to get together and properly grieve, to have a cuddle, catch-up and shed a few tears."
A poets' breakfast will be held on the Sunday, from 8am. Saturday's event will cost $10, and Sunday's $5.
Glen from the Australian Cafe in Inverell will travel out to cook breakfast for all attendees on the day.
Bob said all funds raised will be donated to Tingha residents who lost their homes in the fires. Signs will be erected along Old Mill Road for those wishing to attend the events.
Northern Tablelands MP Adam Marshall and Armidale Regional Council mayor Simon Murray will also attend.
