"It went very well," Trish said.
"The weather held off for us; it wasn't too hot, and everybody seemed to enjoy what we presented to them. The kids were so very good. You hardly heard a peep out of them, except for happy sounds. They were singing, and they were dancing, and they were having fun – and so were the adults.”

Guyra locals and members of the Guyra Multi Purpose Service (MPS) Hospital Auxiliary sang traditional Christmas carols, including O Come, All Ye Faithful, Silent Night, Jingle Bells, and Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.
The Reverend Mark Evers, of St James’ Anglican Church, took the commentary, and read from the Bible.
“Christmas is the start of that great salvation that God has won for us,” Mr Evers said.
“We need to remember as Christians the simple truth of Christmas, the simple message that those angels brought to the shepherds, that Christ the Saviour has been born. It's easy to forget that amongst the hustle and bustle of Christmas.”
The event is a fundraiser for the Hospital Auxiliary. They plan to do up the area between MPS and Kolora Aged Care, which is getting shabby.
The Auxiliary will find out how much they’ve raised at their first meeting of 2019, in February.
