The Guyra club has consulted the Hub at Guyra about distributing these cards; their professional, confidential, and respectful approach makes them ideal to handle this matter.
“The Guyra Lions is proud to receive funding for our farming community from the Lions Drought Appeal,” club president Jim Betts said, “and is pleased that the Hub at Guyra can assist in their usual professional manner.”
Lions Clubs Australia has requested the cards be spent in our local area, to provide necessary commodities such as table food, toiletries, household goods, medical items, and vehicle costs.
They cannot be used to purchase tobacco or alcohol, stock feed, or any other farming supplies or needs.
