The introduction of the second division competition this year has been hailed a success with clubs from small towns, including the Super Spuds, able to field teams for the first time in years.
Featuring a league tag tournament and a men’s competition, the Spuds men qualified for the decider and earned the right to host after they pipped Uralla in the major semi-final two weeks ago.
They will take on Warialda who finished the season in third and beat Ashford and Uralla in their semi-finals.
The day will start at 12pm at the Guyra Sports Complex with the league tag contested between the Uralla Tigers and the Walcha Jillaroos.
