A second man was also involved in the fight, and Simone Bull, 32, Rodney Bull, 37, and Thomas Burey, 26, sat together during the proceedings on Monday.
The punch-up took place after the Guyra Soccer Club and Junior Rugby League fundraiser in July last year.
The Bull’s left the pub at around 1am, where Burey and Mr Bull began to argue.
Following Burey down the street, Mr Bull again tried to engage him in a fight when his wife stepped in to break it up.
I must say the community of Guyra must have been horrified with the events of that night and the behaviour.
- Magistrate Michael Holmes
Police evidence shows three others then “bounced” over to see what was happening.
By this point more witnesses had joined the scuffle, some trying to help, others throwing punches, the court heard.
Mrs Bull went around the outside of the tussle and threw a punch over the heads of everyone fighting.
Police cannot confirm who the punch was aimed at.
A fight then ensued with Mrs Bull and two other woman, the two pulled each other’s hair before being separated by some of the helpers caught in the melee.
Mr Bull eventually pulled one woman aside and punched her in the face, police evidence shows.
All three pleaded guilty to behaving in an offensive manner.
Magistrate Michael Holmes said it alcohol was a mitigating factor in the blew.
“I must say the community of Guyra must have been horrified with the events of that night and the behaviour,” he said.
“Guyra is a nice community and that kind of behaviour cannot be condoned.”
Burey and Mrs Bull were placed on a good behaviour bond for 12 months with no conviction.
Mr Bull was convicted, put on a good behaviour bond for 12 months and fined $500.
