The community is invited to come along with a blanket and a chair to enjoy the music and festivities.
There might even be a visit from the big man himself.
“It’s very cold at the moment in the North Pole … Mrs Claus is very busy,” Santa told The Argus at last year’s carols.
“Some of the kids have been very good … some mischievous.
“We’ve got lots of carols [in Guyra], children outside, a sausage sizzle and some lollies.”
Everyone is welcome to swing by on Tuesday, December 12 for the event.
Registered nurse Serena Stewart said she enjoyed the carols as she worked into the night on Tuesday, last year.
“It’s lovely hearing the music,” she said.
“My favourite Christmas carol is Silent Night.”
A BBQ will kick off festivities at 6pm before carols begin at 7pm.
The event is being run by the Guyra Hospital Auxiliary.
