Police say they have been searching for Ryan Mark Ebsworth, aged 26, but have been unable to find him.

Ebsworth is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, of medium build, about 165cm tall, with black hair and brown eyes.

Police have information that the man may be in the Ashford or Armidale areas and they believe he is actively avoiding police.

Anyone that sees Ryan Ebsworth is urged not to approach him but to instead contact Triple Zero (000).
