Acting principal Gillian Davis said a special thanks was in order for Joseph George from JM & G George Buses and David and Jeanette Reeves of Guyra Milling.
“Joseph has helped with the transportation of students for many excursions,” she said.
“Without the support of Guyra Milling, the school would be facing feed bills in order to keep the cattle in optimum show condition over the winter months.
“I would like to wish all the students, staff and families a relaxing and rejuvenating winter break. We are looking forward to a busy but exciting term three.”
And as one last activity before the holidays, on Tuesday students participated in the World of Maths Road Show – a travelling maths show that provides problem-solving activities for students.
Students in year 5-6 and year 7-9 participated in the activities.
