Guyra’s junior league teams won three out of four matches in Tingha on Saturday. The under 12s won 32-8, the under 10s walloped their opponents 70-nil and the under 8s were comfortable winners 50-20.

The junior league tag girls went down 26-nil.
The local club joined the NSW Office of Sport initiative Shoosh for Kids which runs from May 15 to 21 and encourages sporting clubs and players to stamp out negative behaviour.
The junior Super Spuds host Moree this Saturday.
“We want everyone, especially children, to continue their involvement in sport because it’s a fun and encouraging environment for everyone. The sports we are working with want to remind spectators that there is no place for negative comments in local sport,” Office of Sport chief executive Matt Miller said said.
Under 8s start the day at 10am, the junior league tag team play at 10.50am, the under 10s are at 11.40am and the under 12s will line up at 12.30pm.
