A massive group of 66 members participated in the week-long event with plenty of activities on offer.
After a rained out opening day, the eager riders spent the rest of the week jumping, flat riding, sporting, dressage riding and learning new disciplines including roping, horseball and vaulting.
The club’s chief instructor Katrina McKemey said it was the biggest turnout the camp had in a long time and there were smiles all round throughout the week.
"The horseball and the roping were among their favourite things,” she said.
"A lot of the kids wanted more of the horseball.
"The kids were happy, they were pretty exhausted but overall they were happy and said they had a great time.”
Riders aged from three to 16 years and were joined by members from Dorrigo and Narrabri. Grandparents and friends were on hand on Thursday to witness the campers compete in a team sporting event which was one of the highlights of the week. The final day saw members compete against each other in a ribbon event.
Nicholas Ward was crowned grand champion hack and grand champion rider on the day. Sophie Vanzella was also honoured for her dedication to the sport.
The club also paid tribute to one of its founding members Ted Mulligan during the camp.
