Starting with Muddy Hole, entered as an emergency at Coffs Harbour on Friday, all will be ridden by apprentice jockey Jodi Worley.
The five-year-old is yet to win a race and has spent the last month freshening up.
Grills hopes the run this weekend will help her find some form.
"She ran fifth in last start Grafton in her last start in a 2000 metre race and she's had a bit of time off since then so we need to give her a run over a mile to 1400 metres so she can get back to that 2000 metres,” he said.
If Muddy Hole doesn’t earn the start at Coffs Harbour she will race in Inverell against stablemate Clanga Dehere over 1400 metres. Red Koala is also entered at Inverell and is aiming for her second career win.
"Red Koala is a pretty handy little mare, she has a pretty good record and should go pretty good,” Grills said.
"Clanga Dehere hasn't been doing that well so I wouldn't expect that of her but if Muddy Hole goes over there she could prove to go okay.”
Champion Kingston Time is back from a spell and ready to take on the field at Port Macquarie on Monday. The gelding has 12 wins and 30 placings to his name.
Kingston is a bit short of a run but you never know with him, he is not a punter's horse, he just goes out and does what Kingston does.

"Kingston is a bit short of a run but you never know with him, he is not a punter's horse, he just goes out and does what Kingston does,” Grills said.
Also aiming for a her first career win is five-year-old Duporche. From 20 starts, the mare has placed second four times and managed to snag third in another five races. Her last race at Port Macquarie saw her place sixth out of 12 but Grills is more optimistic about her chances this time around.
"Duporche should put in a reasonable show this time, it is a lot easier field than what it was last time,” he said.
Youngster Magnolia Vale rounds out the pack with an entry in the Maiden Handicap.
With two placings to her name, Grills hopes she will go one better over the 1200 metres.
"The little three-year-old mare [Magnolia Vale] always puts in a good run so she should go okay,” he said.
