Zahoor is no stranger to community service, being a recently retired Diplomat to Australia who liked it so much he and his family opted to stay and make it their new home.
Zahoor and his family now own and operate the Black Mountain Roadhouse and have already made a strong contribution to Guyra Rotary.
Rotary President Aileen MacDonald said that she is sure the community of Guyra will join our club in making Zahoor and his family welcome.
“We look forward to getting to know Zahoor and learning more about his country of birth and its culture,” she said. “ Welcome Zahoor and Najjia – we hope you enjoy being members of the Rotary family.”
Guyra Rotary Club meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at Rafters and we welcome anyone who would like to join us and find out what Rotary can do for the community of Guyra.
