Opening the batting for Guyra in the third grade game, Landsborough and fellow opener Peter Presnell cut loose with an opening partnership of 119 before Presnell was caught after scoring 54 runs.
Coming in at number three, Matt Friend picked up where Presnell had left off and a further 103 runs was added for the second wicket.
It was a solid knock from Landsborough who finished with 121, including 15 fours and 4 sixes. Friend finished his innings on 56 not out and Guyra’s total for the day was 3 for 253.
Hillgrove made a promising start with the score reaching 54 before the first wicket fell.
However, the rest of the team failed to back up the openers and the side was dismissed for just 115. Brandon Landsborough and Jake Brazier were the best of the bowlers with three wickets each.
There are no games scheduled for this weekend and Guyra will be back in action on January 31 with a home game against Barbarians.
