A good field of golfers turned out for the annual Luke and Steve Burey 4BBB stroke event. Thanks again to Luke and Steve for their sponsorship on this day. The winners were B Coppock and R Keen. Runners up were I Taylor and B Burey. Nearest the pin on the 10th was C Walls and J Oehlers was closest on the 18th. Long drives went to C Hutton on the 6th, S Mendes on the 11th and D Maling on the 16th. J Burey won closest 2nd shot on the 13th. Also played on the day was the Monthly Mug which was won by up and coming Junior Braden Sole.
Up and coming, we have on Sunday February 14 is the Guyra Sports Complex Ambrose. This will be a three person team event of 14 holes with BBQ supplied. Hit off from 10.00am. So get a team together and support your local clubs.
Sunday the 21st will be the Guy Warskitt Memorial day. This is always a great day, so make sure you are part of the crowd. Sunday the 28th will be the Jackson Livestock and Property 4BBB stabelford. A Junior Clinic will be held on the March 21, starting at 9.00am.
